Participants will be able to distinguish mandated reporting obligations from clinical judgment calls under Michigan law.
Participants will be able to identify and manage dual relationship risk in private practice, small-community, and rural settings.
Participants will be able to document clinical decision-making in a way that withstands licensing board and liability scrutiny.
